Australia's submerged whale-shaped marine observatory that will offer epic underwater views
It will be built at the end of the Busselton Jetty, 1.2 miles from the shore in Geographe Bay, Western Australia, a popular spot for watching southern right, humpback, pygmy and blue whales.
