What it's like on the world's most crowded island, Santa Cruz del Islote, where more than 800 people live on a 2.4-acre outcrop
Santa Cruz del Islote is a manmade outcrop off of Colombia. It was established by fishermen in the 19th century as a base from which to cast nets. One woman, 94, has never left the island.
